You only need the order number of the personalized song you want to use and a clear photo of the person you want to sing.
You can find it in the email we sent when you ordered or received your song.
For the best result, upload a clear front-facing photo where the person’s face is visible. Avoid blurry photos, side angles, sunglasses, or anything covering the face.
