1. Overview
   Welcome to moresong.com. By placing an order through our website, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. These terms govern your use of our platform and your purchase of our personalized song products. MoreSong is operated by Scalers OÜ (registry code 17542308), registered at Viru väljak 2, Tallinn, 10111, Estonia. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.
2. Service Description
   MoreSong creates and delivers custom, made-to-order songs based on the details you provide during checkout. Each product is unique and created specifically for the customer. Once your order is placed:
   You will receive your personalized song via email within the delivery time you selected at checkout.
   Delivery is made to the email address you provided at checkout.
3. Customer Responsibilities
   By using our service, you agree to:
   Provide accurate and complete information (including a valid email address)
   Not use our content for unlawful or commercial purposes without permission
   Respect the intellectual property rights of our creators
   MoreSong is not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect or invalid email addresses.
4. Intellectual Property
   All songs created by MoreSong are original works. You are granted a non-commercial license to use your personalized song for personal purposes (e.g., sharing with friends, social media, gifting). You may not resell, reproduce, or distribute the song commercially without express written consent.
5. Revisions & Refunds
   Please refer to our full Refund & Delivery Policy for details. In short:
   You are entitled to 1 free revision per order (additional revisions may be free at our discretion).
   Refunds are only granted if you do not receive the product within the delivery time you selected at checkout and contact us within 7 days.
   No refunds will be issued for a change of mind, style preference, or email input errors, except where you have a statutory right to a refund under applicable EU consumer law. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected by these terms.
6. Limitation of Liability
   To the extent permitted by applicable law, MoreSong will not be liable for:
   Any indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of our service
   Delays caused by third-party email services, spam filters, or input mistakes
   To the extent permitted by law, our liability under any circumstance is limited to the amount paid for the order. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection law.
7. Governing Law
   These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Estonia and the European Union. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the Services shall be subject to the competent courts of Estonia, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have in your country of residence.
